NEWS FROM THE NEST: SOLSTISTA BLACK IPA LAUNCH
This cold weather might make it hard to get out of bed in the morning, but when we do, we’re inspired to make darker beers!
Launching this Thursday arvo (May 30) the Solstista Black IPA is inspired by the longest night, with Carafa Special Malt giving it a dark winter sky glow. Not one to weigh down a celebration, this special malt comes without an intense roasty character, allowing the Solstista to instead show off big IPA aromas and flavours. Rocking three varieties of US hops, you’ll get the light zing of citrus and pine, plus the warming notes of dark berry fruits…
Pencil in Thursday June 13 in your diary, because we’re having a party! It’s the Two Birds’ 8th Birthday and we’re planning something regal!
More details coming your way soon…
