Dragonfruit Slayer is a kettle sour brewed with pink fleshed dragonfruit, it was soured with lactic acid bacteria in the kettle, then fermented with an ale yeast and dry-hopped. Slayer is tart, refreshing and pours with a light pink head. We used Ale, Wheat, Vienna and Oats for a clean, yet round mouthfeel. AU Cascade, US Amarillo & US Mosaic hops give a distinct fruitiness, while the dragonfruit adds juicy red berry notes. Slayer is here to slay for a limited time only.
