For our most recent Victorian Pink Boots Society brew on International Women’s Day, we brewed a Gose with Murray River Pink Salt and Tasmanian pepperberries. Gose is an ancient, tart style brewed with salt. We soured a portion of the brew by adding Lactobacillus in the kettle, then spicing things up with the pink salt, pepperberries and coriander seeds. 4.7% ABV.
