Brewed with our buddies at The Terminus Hotel for Good Beer Week, they requested an Extra Special Bitter (ESB) with Victorian ingredients, so we produced this New World style. Light copper coloured with soft caramel malt notes and a gentle sweetness from the Joe White malt from country Vic. It was fermented with an English ale yeast to showcase all of the esters – berry, rose and banana.
The Ella, Topaz hops from near Bright, contribute pineapple and apricot and a smooth, cleansing bitterness.
Surprisingly refreshing and reminiscent of sport, gardens, coffee and bars that don’t close at 1am.
