All beer & merch orders are despatched within 24-48 hours of placing your order, except weekends and public holidays. Our beers are delivered by Sendle. Once despatched, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. You can track your delivery at https://try.sendle.com/en-au/tracking. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location.
If you require a larger order, we suggest contacting your local bottle shop or getting in touch with us directly via email and we’ll do our best to get you hooked up with some Two Birds.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure you provide a physical address that will be occupied during business hours.

Returns and exchanges
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order is damaged, please contact us to arrange a refund for the value of damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery. Please take photo’s as this will assist us to process your claim.
